The Chaminade BBQ club was founded in 2013 with the concept of instilling a love of outdoor cooking in the school's interested young men. The Chaminade BBQ Club meets monthly to prepare and cook our own meals. Students learn different techniques, smoking, indirect cooking, and grilling. They also gain an awareness of the importance of food safety and dangers of food borne illness. Different foods prepared this year include: Chicken, turkey, ribs, breakfast burgers, hamburgers, brats, ribs, pastrami, Red Devil dogs, and pizza.

Eligibility Requirements:
Student in grades 9-12

Star Wars Club

STAR WARS CLUB

Moderator: Mr. Dan Stout

About once a month, we watch Star Wars movies after school.
When a new Star Wars movie is released, we go to the theater to watch the movie on the last day of exams.

Student in grades 6-12
