Athletic Camps


May 30-June 2, Tuesday-Friday, 8:30-11am
Boys Entering Grades 5-8
This non-contact camp is specifically designed to provide quality instruction from highly qualified high school coaches.  Participants will have the opportunity to improve football skills and techniques while improving their knowledge of the game of football.  Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.  All campers should bring their own water bottles while wearing any red shorts and white t shirt.


June 12-July 20, M, W, TH, 8:20-11:30am, Tuesday nights, 6:00-8:00pm
(no camp the week of July 4th)
Chaminade Students Entering Grades 9-12
This mega-camp is available to ALL Chaminade Students entering grades 9-12.  The camp will include, strength and speed training, agilities and plyometrics, yoga and flexibility opportunities from a certified yoga instructor, football practice and competitive 7on7 sessions and linemen challenges. A detailed calendar will be provided to all participants the first day of camp. Campers should report to the football stadium each day. Each camper will receive a camp Nike t-shirt and shorts.  All campers should bring their own water bottles while wearing any red shorts and white t-shirt.


July 22, Saturday, 8:30-10:30am
Open to Any Middle School and High School Football Moms
This fun, new experience will give Chaminade football moms a chance to learn more about the sport their son plays, grow their football IQ and participate in a variety of simplified activities and drills. Don't worry, no tackling involved - only touchdowns!

June 5-July 7 (five weeks), Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9-11am
Boys Entering Grades 6-12
The Chaminade Strength and Speed program has been in existence for over twenty years and has produced top flight athletes in a variety of sports. The program created by Mr. Chrismer is a culmination of world class strength and speed training techniques, combined with personalized instruction, targeted at improved athletic performance. It includes dynamic sprint warm up drills, an agility circuit, plyometrics, Olympic strength-training instruction and speed training. Any athlete participating in this program will see immediate results and have an outstanding foundation on which to build in the future. The camp will provide each athlete with a baseline in the bench press, squat, power clean and 40 yard dash and, over a five week period, help them improve in all of these areas in addition to learning about proper diet, sleep and hydration.

This camp will help participants to improve their basketball abilities in a fun yet challenging environment. Led by Chaminade Head Coach Frank Bennett campers will work with other members of the high school basketball staff as well as current Chaminade players and alumni. 


June 26-29, Monday-Thursday, 3:30-4:30pm
Chaminade Incoming Freshmen Only 
This camp will help incoming freshmen participants to improve their basketball abilities and learn about the Chaminade basketball program in a fun, yet challenging environment.

Boys Entering Grades 3-8
Baseball Camp I focuses on teaching the fundamentals of pitching, catching, and hitting. The drills and techniques that are taught are things the athletes can take home and practice to make themselves better pitchers and/or catchers.

Make it a full day by combining with Session 4 of Org Boot Camp/Math Summer Reading Camp

Boys Entering Grades 3-8
Baseball Camp II focuses on teaching the fundamentals of infield, outfield, and hitting. The drills and techniques that are taught are things the athletes can take home and practice to make themselves better baseball players.


June 12-14, Monday-Wednesday, 9-11am
Chaminade Incoming Freshmen Only 
Incoming baseball camp is for ALL CHAMINADE FRESHMEN as a way to learn what Chaminade baseball is all about. Players will learn the fundamentals of our baseball program and what is expected of Chaminade student athletes. The camp is run by the CCP coaching staff and what we teach at camp is what we would teach our players during the season. It offers incoming freshmen a chance to know what our expectations are while meeting future classmates.


June 19-22, Monday-Thursday, 6-8pm
Boys Entering Grades 3-8
In this fun and active week of soccer, the campers will have access to some of the same drills instructed at the high school level. High school players and alums will be present at the camp instructing and demonstrating the proper techniques throughout the camp. A mixture of technical training, small sided games, and most important having fun with the ball at your feet!


July 23-25, Sunday-Tuesday, Sun. 5:30-8pm, Mon. & Tue. 8:30-11am
Chaminade Students Entering Grades 9-12
This camp is designed for students interested in playing high school soccer at Chaminade and will include a preview of coaching techniques, drills and intra-squad training.


June 5-9, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
Boys & Girls Entering Grades 6-8
Under the direction of Chaminade faculty member Mr. Dave McCoy, students will get out to hike local trails in the St. Louis area and build overall trail skills and outdoor proficiency. Outdoor topics covered will include first aid, leave no trace, meal prep, packing and more. This new camp is an ideal adventure for students involved in, or interested in scouting - especially those preparing to venture to Philmont Scout Ranch. Limited spots available!  (Campers will meet at Chaminade each day and transportation will be provided in a school van.)

Boys & Girls Entering Grades 6-8
National Archery in the Schools Program certified instructor, Mr. Dave McCoy, will lead middle school students in a fun week of exploring archery. Specific techniques include using a compound bow for target shooting, learning how to score for competition and getting your own targets each day with scores.  The care of equipment and safety protocol will be reviewed at the beginning of each session.


June 5-8, Monday-Thursday, 9am-Noon
Boys Entering Grades 5-8
$125, $100 for Current Chaminade Lacrosse Players

Chaminade Lacrosse Day Camp is geared towards increasing enthusiasm for the game. We hope to inspire players to love the game and stick with it. Campers will wear full equipment and participate in full speed lacrosse. Campers will go through various skill development drills that we use at CCP. They will play competitive games but also engage in small-sided play, some fun activities and contests. Players will be grouped by both age and skill, so this is a great camp for younger siblings, players just beginning or a player with years of experience.

Chaminade Students Entering Grades 6-12
$130, $110 if registered by May 1st

The 2023 Cross Country Kick-Off Camp will launch Chaminade runners at all levels into the 2023 season. We will begin building base mileage so that we can hit the ground running when the season starts two weeks later! In addition to mileage, runners will add strength, flexibility, and learn valuable information for the season.
This is an important week for all those planning on joining the Cross Country program in 2023, but all students and athletes are welcome. Runners should bring a water bottle and a watch. Water, an electrolyte drink, snacks, and a camp t-shirt will be provided.


June 19-22, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-Noon
Current/Incoming Chaminade Students Entering Grades 6-9
Join Chaminade’s coaching staff and classmates at our annual Red Devil Golf Camp. Campers will receive small group instruction on the following skills: Putting, Chipping, Short Game, Full Swing, Rules & Etiquette, Course Management, and much more. Golfers will also compete in fun games and skill competitions to improve their game. On our final day, we will hold an 18-hole tournament on the Colt (executive) course.
We are committed to helping each camper become a better player, and we hope all our participants leave camp having established new friendships and more passion for the game.
Camp held at Crescent Farms Golf Course. Camp fee includes instruction, course fees, drinks and snacks, and a camp T-shirt. *No experience necessary, but camper must provide his own clubs.
